Samuel Porter inherited land from his father at Wenham and lived there until his death in 1660. He died only two years after his only son was born, and his wife remarried to Thomas Woodbury in 1661. His wife was born in 1642 and died in 1689. Samuel's farm at Wenham passed to his only son John. |
