| George Goudey was attributed by the Lewis Publishing Company to be the first known decendent of this branch of the family in North America living at Marbelhead Massachussetts. However we don't know the basis for this assertion and there were other Goudeys in New England at that time with birth dates pre-dating this George Goudey. |
